Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases from Tizara Mart at tizaramartbd.com. By placing an order you agree to them. The store sells modest Islamic fashion including abayas, hijabs, khimars, niqabs, and Islamic accessories to customers in Bangladesh.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without notice until you complete checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order. You will be notified by phone or email.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for providing an accurate phone number and delivery address. Guest checkout is available. A valid mobile number is required so our courier can reach you.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during Eid, weather delays, or courier disruption. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel in front of the courier where possible.

Product colours and sizes

We try to show accurate photos. Slight colour variation can occur due to screens and fabric lots. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Custom or heavily embroidered pieces may have longer dispatch times.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For questions, contact Tizara Mart, Hazaribagh, Dhaka 1209, tizaramart291@gmail.com, +880 1971-264839.
